Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, self-tanner, pet hair, stains, odors, or signs of wear
- Have all original tags attached
- Include the original hygiene liner intact

Can I mix and match tops and bottoms?
Answer:
Yes! Our tops and bottoms are sold separately so you can choose the size and coverage that fits you best. Mix and match your favorite styles to create your perfect set.
Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not offer refunds for eligible returns.
Approved returns are issued as store credit.
Can I exchange an item?
Because inventory is limited, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit to place a new order.

How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

Coverage
What’s the difference between Cheeky and Moderate bottoms?

Restocks
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some styles may return, while others may be limited edition.
If a style is sold out, you can submit a Restock Request, and we’ll notify you if it returns.

Can I suggest a new color or style?
Absolutely! Labelless is built with our community in mind.
We love hearing ideas for future colors, prints, and styles.
You can submit your suggestions through our Suggest a Color or Style page or contact us directly.
Swimwear Care
How should I care for my swimwear?
To help your swimwear last longer:
- Hand wash in cold water
- Use mild detergent
- Lay flat to dry
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
- Rinse after swimming in chlorine or salt water
- Avoid rough surfaces that may snag fabric
